Retail Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase, please bring it back to exchange with 14 days of the purchase date. We are happy to make product recommendations for you until you are happy with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your chemical hair service for any reason, please do not hesitate to call us for a correction. *We provide complimentary corrections to our chemical services for up to 14 days after rendering a service when proper aftercare instructions have been followed. Our complimentary corrections policy does not apply to services for which a release form is necessary.
If you are unsatisfied with your Haircut for any reason, please do not hesitate to call us. *We provide complimentary corrections to our work for up to 7 days after rendering this service when proper aftercare instructions have been followed.
*Please note that we can only guarantee our work and provide complimentary corrections if you have maintained your style with professional hair care products purchased at our salon. Drugstore and “gray market” professional products (i.e. professional products purchased online or at mass retailers) can have unintended and unpredictable effects on your hair. This makes it impossible for us to guarantee work that has been potentially altered by these products. If you need help choosing the right care products for your hair, please don’t hesitate to ask your stylist or call us!
All complimentary corrections, refunds, and exchanges are subject to manager approval and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Our Professionals’ time, like yours, is very important! If you will be running late to your appointment, please give us a call to let us know. If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule. We will always make our best effort to accommodate your schedule, but we must be respectful of other clients’ time too!
Our Professionals’ time, like yours, is very important! If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. In the event that you no-show to your first appointment with us, we will require a non-refundable deposit to reserve a new appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total once the service has been rendered. We reserve the right to refuse service after a second no-show. We reserve the right to require this deposit or refuse appointment reservation if our existing clients no-show too!
Children in the Salon
For safety purposes, children who are not receiving a service must remain in the Reception area AND be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service. Out of respect for our other clients, leaving children unattended is unacceptable and will result in immediate termination of the service being provided. We reserve the right charge parents for any and all damage caused by unattended children.
